Eligibility & KYC — who can get it
◐ Issued only in selected regionsIssued to residents / citizens of:
Only the United States is explicitly named as restricted (ToS/AML: 'not intended for residents of the United States'); registration is also geo-blocked via a dynamic restrictedCountry page ('services are not available in your country') with no published static list, and a general clause excludes any jurisdiction where use would violate applicable law. The CARD is issued/delivered only to citizens and residents of the EEA + United Kingdom (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) — i.e. unavailable everywhere else. Card ordering requires a fully verified account + phone verification + Taxpayer Identification Number. Also: after 30 June 2026 (end of the EU MiCA transitional period), Spectro Finance OÜ customers are limited to exchanging/withdrawing already-held assets and new EU/EEA registrations are waitlisted.
Issuer’s markets: EEA via Spectro Finance OÜ · NOT for US residents

Good to know
One of the longest-running crypto debit cards. Platform entities are now Spectro Finance OÜ (Estonia), Spectro Finance Limited (BVI) and Spectro Finance Systems Inc. (Panama); the card itself is still issued by UAB 'Pervesk' under Bank of Lithuania EMI license No. 17 (UK cards via Contis Financial Services, FCA 900025). Simple EUR-denominated card. Since 30 June 2026 new EEA registrations are on a waiting list while Spectro Finance OÜ's MiCA CASP authorisation is pending; affected existing users are limited to exchange and withdrawal.
