The Terms require users not to be located in, or be nationals or residents of, 'Restricted Locations' (updated without notice); the official help center (concierge.kast.xyz) says eligibility equals the in-app KYC 'supported regions' dropdown — dynamic and unpublished — and that dual citizens verifying with an ID from a supported country may pass KYC. The remaining entries reflect user-reported KYC outcomes, not an official list; Ukraine had no official basis and was removed.
