Official KuCard Application FAQ: KuCard is 'exclusively available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA)' who verify with an EEA-issued ID/passport, and it enumerates the eligible countries as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, plus Iceland and Norway, with 'Netherlands and France temporarily not open for application'. This is an EEA allowlist (Malta IS eligible), so the previous blocklist of specific non-EEA countries understated the restriction — anyone outside the EEA allowlist is ineligible. The previous note's 'except Malta' was incorrect. Encoding: Netherlands and France stay inside the allowlist with a temporarily-closed parenthetical (comma-clean per-country form so the chip splitter does not break).

Regular users may invite up to 1,000 users; rewards are limited to the FIRST 100 invited users who complete qualifying transactions and are distributed weekly (typically Wednesdays). The official KuCoin support page does not state exact reward amounts; inviter rewards of up to 1,000 USDT have been cited (an older 60 EUR threshold has been superseded by the 100 USDC rule).
