Official help.gnosis.io 'Countries supported, restricted & on the roadmap' (updated 2026-06-15): card-issuance eligibility is an ALLOWLIST — 'To apply for a Gnosis Card, you must be a legal resident of one of the currently supported countries or regions.' The 36 supported countries are 31 European (EEA + Switzerland) plus 5 LATAM via Gnosis Pay (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico); residents of French Overseas Territories are NOT supported (metropolitan France only). The same article's 'Restricted Countries and Territories' (transactions auto-declined) lists 23 sanctioned locations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe. Program in transition: users who are not Backers stopped earning after the reward period ending 19 July 2026 (final payout 2026-07-21). Backers temporarily earn 1–4 gCRC per € by GNO tier (<0.1 / 0.1+ / 1+ / 10+ GNO) + 1 gCRC/€ for the G NFT = up to 5%; base rate 1%. Paid weekly in gCRC (Circles) to the Gnosis App wallet; weekly caps tiered at 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 gCRC. A revamped program is to be announced.
