Official help article 'Card availability and usage' (help.exactly.app) shows Exa is an allowlist product: issued only to residents of ~45 listed countries plus 31 US states (AL, AK, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OK, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY). It explicitly lists ineligible countries: Bangladesh, Belarus, Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Mainland China, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam. Most of Europe (e.g. UK, Germany, France) is NOT on the eligible list and is therefore effectively restricted. Current data had an empty restrictedCountries list, which contradicts the official allowlist.
