Avici's official docs page 'Regions and Prohibitions for Avici Card' (docs.avici.money) publishes an available-regions allowlist (~49 countries + USA via supported states) and an explicit prohibited-residents list (Belarus, China Mainland, Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam). This contradicts the prior data, which claimed no official restricted-country list was published and described the card as US-focused; it is in fact an international allowlist product. Encoding note: United States is listed inside the allowlist exceptions (partially supported, ~32 states) so the citizenship filter keeps the card visible for US users; the explicit prohibition list is informational.
