Bleap Card

Eligibility & KYC — who can get it

EEA-only issuance: the Bleap Card is issued only to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) + Switzerland, regardless of nationality (phased rollout — some EEA countries such as Italy or Spain may still show 'Coming soon'). A restricted-nationality list applies regardless of country of residence and includes United States, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Syria, Venezuela, South Africa and ~30 others. USA is excluded by both the residency rule and the nationality list. The non-custodial wallet (trading, DeFi vaults) needs no verification and is global, but ordering the card requires the highest KYC tier (government-issued ID + selfie + proof of address + questionnaire).

Issuer’s markets: Card: residents of the EEA + Switzerland only (phased rollout — some EEA countries such as Italy/Spain may show 'Coming soon'). The card itself spends anywhere Visa/Mastercard is accepted, with free worldwide ATM withdrawals. The non-custodial wallet is global.

Spending is global; only issuance is geographically limited.
